Installation and repair

Regular checks, maintenance and service are necessary to assure the reliability and livespan of the devices. De Ceunynck Ophthalmology has a team of certified service engineers ready to help you.

Our warehouse is equipped with the most common parts to offer a quick and adequate follow-up in the event of a malfunction or maintenance. To guarantee your workflow our service department has replacement devices available of most routine equipment in case a quick solution cannot be found.

Maintenance contracts

We offer three different maintenance contracts to assist you in the best possible way.

  • Omnium maintenance contract

    This contract provides yearly maintenance. Travel costs, spare parts and working hours are fully included.

  • Corrective maintenance contract

    This contract covers yearly maintenance. Travel cost and working hours are fully included. Spare parts will be invoiced separately.

  • Preventive maintenance contract

    This covers yearly maintenance. Parts and repair visits are invoiced separately

No maintenance contract? Once a year we will contact you to schedule a maintenance appointment. All travel, working hours and spare parts will be calculated and invoiced.

Our approach is that we try to help all customers as quickly as possible in the event of a malfunction or maintenance. However, customers with a contract will be prioritized and can appeal to a replacement device if available.
